We have a vacancy for a Quality, Health & Safety, Security & Environmental (QHSSE) Business Partner to join our very busy QHSSE team.
Some of what you will do
The role of the QHSSE BP is to visit, monitor and review operational site locations, facilities and works to ensure compliance with appropriate management systems, processes, legislation and guidance. You will also be responsible for the coordination, administration, and effective operation of all QHSSE Management Systems. Ensure that an effective customer focus and engaged QHSE Service is provided to each location. You will also be required to support the Heads of H&S and QSE - in the development and management of QHSSE Management Systems, delivering a proactive, holistic and Information Security focused culture, whilst creating an environment supportive of behavioural change.
What we are looking for
In order to fulfil the role successfully the following are some of the key skills and experience required:
- NEBOSH general or construction certificate (Health & Safety).
- Membership of IOSH.(Advantageous)
- Comprehensive experience in QHSSE Management Systems (This includes ISO systems).
- Internal Auditor (ISO)
- ISO 27001 training (Advantageous)
- Incident investigation training (Advantageous)
- IEMA environmental qualification (Advantageous)
- Ability to influence at board level and with internal and external stakeholders.
- Full Driving Licence.
- Willing to travel with overnight stops when required
