We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and reliable Lamp Technician to join Dynniq’s Birmingham Field Engineering Services team, reporting to the Supervisor.

What you will do

Duties will include carrying out routine lamp maintenance and cleaning in line with the requirements of the contract. The successful candidate will ensure that all paperwork, including timesheets, and test certificates are completed and will be expected to show a high level of professionalism.

Customer service is key to delivery as well as ensuring that QHSE regulations and procedures are followed at all times.

Although predominantly based in the Midlands area, there may be a requirement from time to time to work in other Service Centre districts which may involve overnight stays.

In order to fulfil the role successfully the following are some of the key skills and experience required:

  • Basic electrical knowledge
  • The ability to work at heights
  • A strong health and safety focus
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • A good team player with a ‘can do’ attitude and positive approach
  • Ability to deliver in a fast paced environment
  • Full driving licence
