We are looking to recruit a NVQ Assessor/ Trainer to join Dynniq’s QHSSE team.

What you will do

You will assist operatives in building NVQ portfolios as well as assessing and acting as an internal verifier. You will organise and deliver HESA training. You will also be responsible for carrying out a range of activities related to health, safety and technical related training and competency management in consultation with the relevant managers within the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with the QHSE & HR teams to ensure employee operational competence is maintained
  • Undertake the role of NVQ Assessor.
  • Undertake the role of NVQ Internal Verifier.
  • Build NVQ portfolios to a high standard.
  • Carry out technical training as required.


What we are looking for

In order to fulfil the role successfully the following are some of the key skills and experience required:

  • NVQ Assessor (A1) NVQ/QCF Assessor Certificate. (Training also offered)
  • NVQ Verifier (V1) NVQ/QCF Level Awards and Certificate in

Assessing the Quality of Assessment. (Training offered).

  • Relevant Qualifications to undertake Highways Electrical Engineer role.
  • In depth practical knowledge of the Highways Electrical Industry.
  • Demonstrable skill in the use of the MS office suite of applications to a high level.
  • Ability to work to deadlines.
  • Good communicator.
  • Full UK drivng license.
  • Wiling to travel with overnight stops when required.
