We are looking to recruit a Data Analyst to join Dynniq’s Centralised Service Desk team, reporting to the Head of Centralised Service Desk.

What you will do

As a key contributor to the Urban Operational Department (Centralised Service Desk & Local Projects), you will be mainly responsible for developing, creating and analysis of internal metrics for reporting as required by our contractual internal and external customers. Key focus on analysing inputs that drive relevant KPIs to measure operational and commercial business performance. You will also provide support to the senior works scheduler, service desk manager and contract delivery teams during monthly closing and reporting periods with business performance analysis. Supporting the CSD & LP Teams with analysis of trends and forecast planning of resource needs.

Customer service is key to delivery as well as ensuring that QHSE regulations and procedures are followed at all times.

What we are looking for

In order to fulfil the role successfully the following are some of the key skills and experience required:

  • A level education or equivelant experience.
  • Demonstrable experience within a data analytical role.
  • Ability to disseminate complex information in concise briefing reports
  • Excellent communicator with high level of verbal and written skills.
  • Strong presentational skills.
  • Ability to work to deadlines.
  • A competent user of the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills including Visual Basic.
