We have a really exciting opportunity for the right person to join us as a Technology Bid Manager.

What you will do

The main purpose of the role is to lead the efficient and effective preparation of high quality customer responses to RFPs and ITTs for Dynniq UK & Ireland. Manage the governance process including the Gate approval process. Progress the acquisition phase of new projects and develop the programme with a matrix bid team, consisting of subject matter experts.

Key Responsibilities & Success Criteria

Proactively enhance the bid process ensuring a standardised and professional output which is customer and ‘win’ focused. Seek and collate bid responses to opportunities to maximise Order Intake. You will also be expected to provide time limited professional, accurate, and concise bid-related submission documents to the clients’ requirements. Co-ordinate and collate multiple concurrent bid responses to a high specification. Understand and organise company governance data enabling Pre-Qualification and bid submissions to be efficiently prepared and successfully presented.

What competencies we looking for

In order to fulfil the role successfully the following are some of the key skills and experience required:

  • Demonstrable understanding of industry standard review processes for securing new projects
  • Expertise in demonstrating organisational excellence during the pre-qualification and ITT process
  • Leadership and matrix management of knowledge experts in the coordination of new bids
  • Experience in managing projects during the acquisition phase
  • Develop and own clear and structured processes and procedures based on industry best practice
  • Experience of using document management tools and project management techniques
  • Collaborate across business disciplines to quickly gain accurate information to complete tenders
  • Excellent communication skills and very good writing skills
  • Strong attention to detail and quality
  • Willing to travel and stay overnight when required, normally domestically, however infrequently within Europe.
  • Full UK driving licence.
