Description

We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Administrator wishing to add a new string to their bow as a Bid Coordinator, within Dynniq’s team in Manchester.

What you will do

Working within the Bidding team you will support the company’s business activities in order to ensure we meet our operational and commercial objectives. Provide operational and technical support to the Bidding team ensuring excellent customer service is provided to suitably and properly represent the Company. You will also provide admin/bid support and as part of the role,  produce, file and distribute contract files to operational teams. You will coordinate the production of Company bid process documents and ensure that all bid enquiry data and information is accurately and consistently recorded, updated and maintained, using appropriate systems and software.

Customer service is key to delivery at all times.

What we are looking for

In order to fulfil the role successfully the following are some of the key skills and experience required:

  • GCSEs in English, Maths at grade B or above (or equivalent)
  • Background in administration/technical support
  • Proven ability to organise and maintain data, documents and/or information
  • Computer literate with intermediate working knowledge of MS Office – Word and Excel
  • Well organised and self-driven
  • A team player who is keen to learn
