We have an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to join us as a Key Account Manager.

What you will do

As part of the Technology & Product Development team, you will lead on and tactically contribute to the sustainable growth of the business by enhancing the sales pipeline and win rate. The role will primarily focus on further penetrating, expanding, and protecting Dynniq’s key accounts and will also involve developing other accounts within the UK.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage nominated key accounts by becoming a trusted advisor.
  • Develop and deliver acquisition strategies for new accounts through deep market at product knowledge.
  • Secure order intake for the accounts and leads / opportunities owned.
  • Assist in ensuring that all sales product development activities are carried out in accordance with the company processes and meet company, statutory and contractual requirements from start to completion.
  • Design, develop and deliver a range of customer engagement activities.

Customer service is key to delivery as well as ensuring that QHSE regulations and procedures are followed at all times.

What we are looking for

In order to fulfil the role successfully the following are some of the key skills and experience required:

  • Engineering related degree or higher education level equivalent
  • Demonstrable experience in a Key Account Management role
  • Sales experience, evidence of skills and proof of results
  • Problem solver, able to provide innovative solutions
  • An organised and enthusiastic work ethic
  • Full driving license
  • Ability for significant travel
  • Ability for overnight stays on a weekly basis
