We are currently seeking a Technical Trainer, to join our Learning and Development team.

The purpose of the position

This is a great opportunity for someone with extensive knowledge of installing, maintaining and commissioning traffic signals and controllers who is looking for a change of career. As Technical Trainer, you will be sharing your expertise and experience, training and coaching colleagues and external clients on a range of traffic controllers and associated equipment.

What you will do

Working closely with other members of the training team and operational managers within the business, you will have the autonomy to develop and deliver technical training, the bulk of which will be on the organisations own products but will include other products too. The ideal candidate will have some training experience and will be a HESA accredited trainer but training and development will be given to the right person.

This is a new and exciting role, providing the right person with the opportunity to own and shape technical training within Dynniq.

What we are looking for

Applicants for the role must be able to meet the following criteria:

  • A PTLLS/HESA accredited trainer, but training will be given
  • Experienced in installing, maintaining and commissioning traffic signals and controllers
  • Able to build relationships quickly and gain the trust of those they work with as well as customers and external parties
  • Able to manage their own time
  • Commercially astute
  • Full driving license
  • Willingness to travel
  • Right to Work in the UK
