We have a vacancy for an enthusiastic and reliable individual to join our Bristol Field Engineering Services team. 

What you will do   

The Asset and Maintenance Supervisor/Manager (dependent on level of experience)is responsible for the day to day operation of this Output-Based Asset Maintenance Contract. Directly responsible for the management of the Dynniq Maintenance Engineering Team, the successful candidate will also be required to liaise closely with the planned-works team. The role will be to ensure that the Asset Management Strategy is implemented and developed using fault-trend and condition information, and to liaise with the Joint Authorities Project Team. We are looking for someone who can challenge current practice and who strives to deliver a culture based on innovation, best practice and continuous improvement.


What we are looking for

  • Sector 8 or equivalent accreditation.
  • Solid experience of supervising/managing a maintenance contract.
  • An appropriate level of experience at supervisory level in the same or related type of industry.
  • Understanding of asset management systems.
  • Experience of working with Local Authorities.
  • IT literate with competency in Microsoft Office software.
  • Must be able to analyse data and recommend appropriate actions derived from the data.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • A good team player with a ‘can do’ attitude and positive approach.
  • Ability to deliver in a fast paced environment.
  • Full driving licence.
